REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

5. Exchange or Store Credit
If a return is approved:
You may receive a replacement item, OR
Store credit equal to the purchase value (valid for future purchases)
No cash refunds are issued.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
If the wrong or damaged item was delivered:
We will handle the pickup or return
You will not be charged for shipping
You will receive the correct or replacement item
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If a customer refuses a delivered item without valid reason:

Store credit may be issued, but no refunds
